The Managerial Development Program (MDP) is addressed to functional managers who have demonstrated clear potential to lead and develop cross-functional initiatives.

MDP is a dynamic system wide training program that is designed to enhance and strengthen managerial capabilities and ensure your employees have the skills, knowledge, and resources to effectively lead, engage, and develop as a team.
